What would you make disappear?
THIS EXERCISE IS ABOUT IDENTIFYING AND AMENDING THE HURDLES THAT STAND IN THE WAY OF YOUR BRAND’S POTENTIAL SUCCESS.
These could be internal weaknesses or external threats—anything that stands in the way of your individual or group performance.
What to do:
❶ Ask each workshop member to write down one workplace obstacle they would make disappear if they had a magic wand.
❷ Once everyone has completed this task, share and discuss the ideas with the group.
❸ Identify and document which items you could instantly eliminate and which require a little more work.
❹ Determine how to approach the remaining obstacles.
