Our credo is holistic, it is both inward and outward. The people, tools, systems, routines, and culture we surround ourselves with dictate our performance and happiness.
This in turn must also be applied to our clients. We both need it to be the right fit and at the right time. We all need to be empowered to contribute and deliver value.

We are happy to share the process we use internally to shape our own culture and encourage desired behaviour to enhance morale and performance. We call it the Refraction Pathway. We’ve developed a scorecard that many of our clients have used to discover and prioritise ways to enhance their internal culture and increase performance across their teams. The scorecard links up to dozens of activities and tools (which we originally developed for our consulting on brand positioning, marketing, and growth strategies) to focus on problem areas or unleash opportunities to innovate and continuously improve.
