What would you wish for?
WHAT 3 WISHES DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
This is all about identifying the opportunities and resources that, once introduced to your business, could help your team achieve success.
What to do:
❶ Ask each individual in the group to write down 3 wishes they have for the business (1 wish per index card). You can wish for anything except more wishes!
❷ The wishes should all focus on positive things you would add to the business, not things you would
reduce or eliminate (that’s what the magic wand is for).
❸ Once everyone in the group has written down their wishes, share and discuss.
❹ Record, sort, and prioritize these wishes.
