“When someone feels like, you know what, we’re losing a lot of people. We’ve got a lack of engagement. Performance isn’t there, and we’re not sure how to fix it. It might be more of a cultural thing, and by going through our Refraction Pathway we can understand what the final solution will be. So we can start with understanding — what’s the purpose of the brand? How do we get everyone motivated? How do we get everyone on board and a part of this plan? How do we build out the goals? What are the key areas to focus on? What are the key activities that maybe need to be done in each of those areas? And how do we achieve all that out of the whole team?”
