By collaborating and building collective knowledge, team members can learn from each other and find better ways of doing things. Sharing information and knowledge between different departments can lead to more cohesive marketing and growth strategies. On a higher level, this will lead to a more positive work environment and a culture of continuous learning and improvement in the company.
At FRAKXION, we are continuously building a collective knowledge base in Notion, a web application, and sharing our improvements weekly. Everyone is involved and contributes to the process, learning from each other’s experiences or new findings. This stimulates new ideas and creative thinking and leads to innovation and improved processes. The agile process helps us quickly make updates and corrections based on our discovered improvements, and at the same time, retain knowledge and ensure valuable information and processes are never lost, and everyone is able to find a helpful tip for their area of expertise. Sharing knowledge also helps us with onboarding and connecting new remote team members to the rest of the company, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
By sharing knowledge with others, you help your own team to grow more quickly and achieve better results, and increase morale and a sense of fulfillment.
