Make communication a circle, not a straight line

Creating an open and inclusive communication process, where information is shared and feedback is encouraged from all parties involved, is the most effective way to communicate. At FRAKXION, we are always open to listening to each other’s opinions, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging new perspectives. This can be in the form of an open Zoom discussion, a kick-off meeting with everyone from the team, a 15-minute morning huddle to get everyone on the same page and discuss goals, updates or any roadblocks, commenting through sharing documents, or a collaborative working huddle where we try to tackle something together. 

Don’t trap information in a one-way flow without any input or feedback from your team. This will lead to misunderstandings, miscommunication, and a lack of trust.
