The Fractional Chief Kaizen Officer (CKO) is the architect and leader of Kaizen, continuous improvement. They serve as a catalyst for transformative change within the leadership team and beyond, focusing on the principles of Kaizen to foster a culture of continual improvement. The CKO brings a wealth of experience in Lean methodologies, process optimization, organizational development, behaviour design, and change adoption. The CKO will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on implementer. By embedding themselves within the executive team, they gain an intimate understanding of the organization’s goals, challenges, and culture. The CKO serves as a mentor and coach to executives and team members to drive meaningful results through people development. They will empower them to embrace Lean principles and a deep understanding of Kaizen. This will ensure ownership for improvement is directed at every individual as they align their initiatives to the company strategy.
