Success Stories. Before you can communicate what makes your organization worth choosing, your team needs to agree on what success actually means. This activity surfaces shared values, uncovers what the team is genuinely proud of, and builds the foundation for a brand story that’s authentic rather than manufactured.

Story Arc. Most people lead with what they do. The ones who win lead with why it matters. This activity trains your team to pitch by starting with the problem, the tension, or the transformation — and arriving at what you do as the natural resolution. The result is a way of talking about your organization that people actually remember.

Persona Development. Strategy without empathy is guesswork. Building vivid, grounded personas of your customers and stakeholders helps your team make decisions through the lens of the people they’re trying to serve — sparking more innovative thinking and sharper strategic choices.

Business Model Canvas. A single-page view of how your organization creates, delivers, and captures value. Simple enough for every person in the room to understand the whole picture — and powerful enough to scenario-plan what’s next, test a new direction, or map out a spin-off designed to capture a new market.

Horizon Planning. Every organization has more ideas than bandwidth. This activity filters initiatives and plots them on a roadmap by time horizon and priority — so your team knows not just what to work on, but when. Crucially, it sequences product, marketing, and sales in the right order so each function is set up to perform at its best rather than scrambling to catch up with each other.
